The hotel had a stunning view of the sea and was within walking distance of the private Paroa Beach, making it a great peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean and recently updated, but I wish there were more entertainment options. The friendly staff truly embodied Kiwi hospitality and went out of their way to help. All in all, the hotel is pretty good, but the lack of on-site activities was a bit of a letdown.
